I have a Ph.D. in Zoology from IBSc in Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. I have been working under Ministry of Education as a Govt. officer of BCS Education Cadre for 21 years. At present, I am working as Assistant Project Director in a secondary education project and deeply involved in teachers’ development, school and student performance. My main effort is to provide different types of training including ICT, Advanced ICT for our stakeholders. In addition, I am working on quality education coherent to the SDGs, inclusion of the disadvantaged groups into the mainstream of secondary and higher education, gender equality and IP/environmental safeguard. I have strong background in national curriculum, syllabus, textbook design, renew, monitoring and evaluation. Lastly, I have participated as a Change Agent in Sida 2013b Batch and as part of the training I have completed a Change project.
