Neary is a Teacher Trainer of English who has been working at the National Institute of Education (NIE), a public pedagogical training institution in Cambodia. She has taught various subjects including Teaching methodology, Core English, and General English. Apart from teaching, she is an information officer in a private university to write a news report after an event had been organized and to answer some questions related to study, scholarship, and recruitment. Ms. Neary has been trained numerous skills abroad, as she is keen in the developing her professional skill; mainly about teaching, communication, and technology. She is also interested in open education resources, for she took a few online course which were useful to her professional career. Ms. Neary hold Master in Development studies and Master of Educational leadership. She has got three bachelors in Business management, Teaching English as a Second Language, and Media management. She takes part in women network to raise women voice and to protect women against violence.
