Holds a degree in ICT from the Open University of Tanzania and an Advanced Diploma in Computing from Cambridge Academy of Managers – UK, alongside with several ICT’s, management, photography and multimedia related training. Currently working at the Open University of Tanzania’s ICT unit, administrator of the University’s international exchange program – IAESTE, postgraduate student at the same University. Has knowledge in OER, open collaboration, innovation and community building. Interested in research particularly in the areas on ICT for special needs and disabilities. Is a beneficiary of the Commonwealth of learning ( CoL), SIDA, Stockholm University’s Department of Computer and Systems Sciences and LIFE Academy on ICT and Pedagogical Development where he coordinated a change project on developing learning materials using multimedia to support special needs people to access higher learning education in Tanzania.
