Dr. Placidius Ndibalema is currently working at the University of Dodoma as a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations and Continuing Education. He has a PhD in Education (ICT Pedagogical Development) from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Researcher and team leader of the change project on Improving Lecturers’ Competence on Blended-Teaching and Learning at the University of Dodoma. The Co-Principal Investigator in the Project on Enhancing Early Grade Reading Comprehension through e-content in Tanzania. He is currently a Project Manager, in the Project on Enhancing Early Grade Literacy and Numeracy using digital content in Nyarugusu Refugee Camp, Kigoma-Tanzania. The Project is funded by SPIDER/Stockholm University in collaboration with the University of Dodoma.
